IMPACT: living in the age of climate change is presented in partnership with Copenhagen’s premier cultural institutions:
Statens Museum for Kunst
The National Art Museum is Denmark’s most important cultural institution, which holds the most valuable national collection of Danish masterpieces. From its history as the King Frederick III’s Royal Danish Kunstkammer to being a public museum today, it has been actively collecting, maintaining, researching and exhibiting Danish and international art from the 14th Century to the present. In addition to the main galleries, the museum has established the x-rummet exhibition space where emerging Danish artists are regularly presented, and the u.l.k. Art Labs where audiences can discover, produce, share and create new knowledge and art together with young people.
Nikolaj
Copenhagen’s Contemporary Art Center, Nikolaj is located in the former Nikolaj Church at Nikolaj Plads in the centre of Copenhagen and functions as the city's contemporary art gallery. Thematic exhibitions of Danish and international art of experimental, interdisciplinary and innovative nature are regularly presented. Each year, the program calendar also features an annual children's exhibition and a major artist retrospective.
IMPACT: living in the age of climate change presentation and touring are made possible with major investment from:
